The Mayer-Rokietansky-Kuster-Hauser syndrome also known as the term "congenital absence of the vagina" refers the condition which presents : (a) primary amenorrhea, (b) partial or complete vaginal absence, (c) a spectrum of uterine abnormalities,
(d)
skeletal, renal and other anomalies, (e) normal female secondary characteristics and appearance, and (f) 46, XX karyotype.
A case of Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-hauser syndrome associated with ovarian serous cystadenoma was presented and the literatures were reviewed briefly.
